The Subscriber Program is the fee-based system we use to enable you to check out books and become eligible for reduced rates for other library services such as our Legal Eagle collection, Fax service and KCLL Delivers, our document delivery service. As of September 2, the fee for joining the Subscriber Program is prorated from $65 to $25 per attorney through the end of 2008.
