Episode 3 takes a look at landlord/tenant law with resources from our research guide. We will highlight some of the self-help resources for tenants, talk about help for the landlords among you, plus we have an interview with Merf Ehman, of the Housing Justice Project. Finally, Stina’s beer focus for November will be on what to serve for Thanksgiving dinner.
In this second episode the library staff addresses election law in Washington, restoring your voting rights, the pick a party primary, and how to find out who contributed to your favorite politician’s campaign. This episode includes a “humorous” reference interview with a typical Library patron who asks – “How can I restore my right to vote?” And finally, Stina and her sister give us advice on what beer to choose to celebrate Oktoberfest.
In this inaugural episode, library staff members provide an introduction to podcasting and give an overview of the Costco wholesale liquor decision (plus some excellent advice on beer choices for the fall season).
