KCLL Delivers is a service which provides photocopies of known statutes, regulations, cases and law review articles from our collection. Photocopies can be delivered via standard mail, fax or made available for pick up at the Library. Orders are accepted for known citations only. There is a limit of 10 citation requests per day. Orders will be accepted by the Library between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Orders received by the Library before 12:00 pm will be ready by 5:00 pm that day. Orders received by 5:00 pm will be ready by 9:00 am the following work day. Orders will not be accepted after 5:00 pm.

Each account must have a signed Copyright Compliance Form on file with the Library.

Pricing Schedule

Fee per citation:
$15.00 per citation for documents up to 20 pages for subscribers
$20.00 per citation for documents up to 20 pages for non-subscribers
.20 cents per page over 20 pages, limit of 50 pages per document for faxes
Limit of 10 requested citations per day per individual
Requested citations that are available in electronic format may be available to send via email.

Document verification fee:
If a citation is inaccurate the Library will attempt to correct the citation for a fee of $10.00 per citation researched.
