2012 Subscriber Program Renewal Packets Are In the Mail!

Check your mailboxes! Your annual subscriber renewal packets are in the mail. Enclosed you'll find all the materials you need to participate in the 2012 Subscriber Program. When you receive your invoice, all you need to do is review and return the enclosed 2012 Subscriber Invoice along with a check for your Subscriber fees. Renewal provisions can be found on the invoice. If you have any questions about the renewal process or the Subscriber Program, please contact Rick Stroup or Craig Burgess at 206-296-0940.

Holiday Hours

The Seattle and Kent libraries will be closed on December 26, 2011 and January 2, 2012. You will still be able to access our website at www.kcll.org, as well as send us reference questions via our Questionpoint email service during those times. Any questions or inquiries will be answered the next business day.

If you have not attended a virtual class before, here are a few tips:

  • The class can accommodate up to 24 participants. Call the library at (206) 296-0940 to pre-register with a valid email address that you check regularly. Before the class, review the minimum system requirements for your computer and browser.You will need a high-speed internet connection and speakers to hear the audio. A microphone or conference call is NOT required. You can submit questions via a text chat box during the class.
  • Prior to the day of the class, you will receive an email with important logon instructions. Do not delete it!
The classes are free of charge. Due to limited seating, pre-registration is required. In-person class sessions will be held in the Seattle library on the sixth floor of the King County Courthouse at 516 3rd Avenue, Suite W621. Call the Library at 206-296-0940 to sign up.
