The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington has renamed and substantially revised its pro se guide, Filing Your Lawsuit in Federal Court.  Expanded to 57 pages, the guide includes discussions of all major aspects of a District court civil case and is a must-read for anyone considering representing themselves before Federal District court.  Note that some references to specific court rules and the names of some forms appear like active hyper links but are not.  The guide also includes a short glossary of legal terms and a small collection of full-sized forms including:
