We recently added paper copies of An Introduction to Washington Water Law by James K. Pharris and P. Thomas McDonald to our collection.  Written under the auspices of the Office of the Attorney General, the 360-page text provides an excellent overview of the history and structure of Washington State water law concepts and policies.  The text is also available in PDF format from the State Department of Ecology here.
