| 85th Anniversary Video Our documentary video "Without Access to Information, There is No Justice" celebrates the 85th anniversary of the enabling statute for public law libraries in Washington State. The video highlights services and features of the Law Library and contains excerpts of interviews from eight library patrons and staff members. The video would not have been possible without the generous donation of volunteer services from Aaron Louie, who handled all aspects of the video editing and Ryan Ositis, who wrote an original score for the video. The video was created in 2004 as part of our Capital Campaign to raise funds for the renovation of the Law Library's Seattle location. The footage was shot while we were temporarily located in the Administration Building during the King County Courthouse's seismic retrofit project. Quicktime is required to watch the video and may be downloaded for free. Watch it here! (17.38 MB) Justice Files Segment and Public Service Announcement King
County Television recently filmed a 2 minute segment for their
Justice Files program that highlighted the Law Library.
KCTV also created a 30-second Public Service Announcement. |
