85th Anniversary Video
Our documentary video "Without access to information, there is no Justice" celebrates the 85th anniversary of the enabling statute for public law libraries in Washington. The video highlights services and features of the Library and contains excerpts of interviews from eight library patrons and staff members. The video would not have been possible without the generous donation of volunteer services from Aaron Louie, who handled all aspects of the video editing and Ryan Ositis, who wrote an original score for the video. The video was created in 2004 as part of our Capital Campaign to raise funds for the renovation of the Seattle library. The footage was shot while we were temporarily located in the Administration Building during the Courthouse seismic retrofit project.

Quicktime is required to watch the video and may be downloaded for free.
