Episode 1: Would you like to join us for a Sidebar?
In this inaugural episode, library staff members provide an introduction
to podcasting and give an overview of the Costco wholesale liquor decision
(plus some excellent advice on beer choices for the fall season).
How to find information on the Costco decision (Costco Wholesale Corp.
vs. Hoen, April 21, 2006):
- Search the Seattle
Times and Seattle
P-I archives (Newspaper archive databases are also available on
the SPL
and KCLS
websites to library card holders)
- Search PACER
(a subscription database from the federal courts). Look for docket
number C04-360P.
- Search Westlaw and Lexis
(both available for free at the King County Law Library). Westlaw
citation: 2006 WL 1515590; Lexis citation: 2006 U.S. Dist LEXIS 27141.
